At about 4:00pm on Sunday Greenwich Police responded to a report of a verbal argument on Cos Cob Avenue.
Upon arrival police learned the the offender, Malik G Michel, 26, of 5122 Snyder Avenue in Brooklyn, had pushed a victim to the ground.
According to Greenwich Police the victim suffered minor injuries but refused medical attention.
Mr. Michel was arrested and charged with Assault 3 and Disorderly Conduct. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on June 26, 2017.
