Jane A Poirier, 64, of 124 Halstead Ave in Greenwich was charged with Driving with No License and DUI on June 2, 2017.
On Friday, Greenwich Police responded to 2 St Roch’s Ave on a report of an erratic driver on Hamilton Avenue. A subsequent motor vehicle accident in the parking lot at 2 St Roch’s Ave, which is private property. The building houses a Greenwich Family YMCA Child Care.
The driver, Ms. Poirier was unsteady on her feet. She submitted to field sobriety tests which she did not perform to standard.
Poirier was assigned a court date on June 2 in Stamford Superior Court. She was able to post her $250 bond and released.
