Alberto Luis Palma, 24, of 114 Keeler Ave in Norwalk was arrested on May 21 following an incident on Delavan Avenue.
According to Greenwich Police at about 3:30am, officers observed a white Toyota Camry traveling east on Delavan Ave near Beech Street without its headlights on.
A traffic stop was conducted, and officers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the driver, Mr. Palma, who did not perform standard field sobriety tests to standard.
Mr. Palma was arrested and charged with DUI, Driving without a License and Failure to Have Lights Illuminated.
He was able to post his $260 bond and was released. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 5, 2017.
