Emily Francis Limpe, 21, of 5 Indian Chase Drive in Greenwich was arrested by Greenwich Police on Sunday, May 21.
According to Greenwich Police responded to a report of a fight in Central Greenwich. Investigation on scene revealed that Ms. Limpe had caused her victim to be injured during the fight.
Around 11:30am, Limpe was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3. She was released on a Promise to Appear and was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on May 22, 2017.
Back in January, Ms Limpe, was arrested for a past incident on Liberty Way in which police determined she had engaged in a physical altercation with the victim and charged with Breach of Peace 2.
In March she was charged with Violating a Protective Order and Assault following an incident on Indian Chase Drive in which a man sustained minor injuries.
