Francisco J Ortiz, 92, of 717 Custer St in Bronx, NY was arrested on April 12 by Greenwich Police for an incident stemming back to Feb 7, 2004.
According to Lt. Kraig Gray a complaint originated with the Dept of Child and Family Services.
Mr. Ortiz was charged with Risk of Injury to Minor and Sexual Assault 4th degree for an incident on Church Street in Greenwich.
He was assigned a date in court on April 26, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court. He was able to post his $35,000 bond and was released.
