A was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 2 on April 5 following an incident in Chickahominy.
At about 1:15 am Greenwich Police responded to a report of a person screaming for an unknown reason in the area of Armstrong Court.
Officers were able to locate the source of the screaming and determined that it was a verbal argument between two parties.
During the course of the argument a cellphone was broken as it was thrown to the ground.
Anthony Albert Angarita, 22, of 15 Armstrong Court #22, was charged with Criminal Mischief 2. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 5, 2017. He was released on a promise to appear.
