Justin Sullivan, 39, of 447 West Putnam Ave in Greenwich was arrested by Greenwich Police on April 2 for an incident stemming back to Jan 16 on Hamilton Avenue.
On Sunday Greenwich Police officers observed a car make a right turn without signaling. The car had an expired registration. After a motor vehicle stop, officers learned that Mr. Sullivan had an active arrest warrant.
Mr. Sullivan was arrested and charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Restricted Turns Fail Signal and Failure to Appear 2nd degree.
He was unable to post his court set bond of $1,000 and was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on April 10.
