A woman was charged with Criminal Violation of a Protective Order and Assault 3 at about 11:55pm on March 25 after Greenwich Police were detailed to a call involving a physical altercation between a man and a woman on Indian Chase Drive.
After speaking with all parties involved, Greenwich Police determined that Emily Francis Limpe, 21, of 5 Indian Chase Drive in Greenwich had struck the man in the face with an open hand.
The man sustained minor injuries, which Lt. Kraig Gray characterized as “minor bumps, bruises and scratches.” He was taken to Greenwich Hospital.
Ms. Limpe was unable to post her $1,000 court set bond, and was assigned the next available court date, which was Monday, March 27, 2017.
Previously, Ms. Limpe was arrested and charged with Breach of Peace 2nd degree following an incident on Liberty Way on Jan 25. involving a past argument between two subjects. After interviewing all involved parties, it was determined that Ms. Limpe had engaged in a physical altercation with the victim.
