Maria A Migoya-Musilli, 56, of 26 Putnam Green in Greenwich was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct on March 16, 2017.
At about 2:30am, Greenwich Police responded to Putnam Green where investigation revealed that Ms. Migoya-Musilli was the primary aggressor in a dispute in which she verbally abused her victim and threw an object at them, missing them, and causing damage to a wall.
Ms. Migoya-Musilli was charged with Disorderly Conduct and assigned a court date at Stamford Superior Court later that day.
