A ranch house at 9 Manor Road has been noticed for demolition with the Town of Greenwich building department. Because the house is not over 60 years old, the town does not require the owners to post a demolition sign outside the house. The house is on .36 of an acre, and, according to Zillow, “will handle 5767 sq ft of dwelling or possibility of splitting the lot with approval from P&Z.”
