Teams may submit registration starting Tuesday, February 21 to the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center (90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich).

Registration forms are available at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, Greenwich Parks and Recreation Office, and downloadable online at www.greenwichct.org.
